Out of curiosity, what are the consequences of breaking your hand? Better or worse than nursing poisoning?

On the other hand, you have to wait longer for a broken bone to heal. One would likely recover from a minor poisoning overnight. Depending on the potency. I would prefer to be poisoned than to have a broken bone.

I feel as if you may not have tried hard enough. If you think I have such an ability, I must inform you that you will be quite disappointed with me.

I suppose I could come and cause some other grand spectacle that would be distracting and humiliating, however. No one knows melodrama like an Ishgardian, really.
